Business stories this week included finding a franchisee for Salata Salad Kitchen, entering the Lubbock market with American Land Title, and changing ownership at Lubbock Electric Co. The best bite of the week is the Hawaii 5.0 Burger from Savage Tavern at 1625 University Ave. I’ve seen a lot of people recommending brunch, but decided to check it out for lunch on Monday.
